Course Syllabus

01

Program Roadmap

In Lesson 1 we detail how to proceed, and explain a bit about why this training program works well in developing quality tours with great vision and value.

02

Vision & Values

Do you want to play national teams or local sports? Do you see your team volunteering with local NGOs or white water rafting? Learning about the 4 Pillars: Learn, Play, Travel, Serve will help you decide how to plan the perfect tour.

03

Support Team

You're not alone in this! We guide you WHO are the best people to get on your support team and WHAT you can delegate to help your tour run smoothly.

04

Program Design

This is the meat and potatoes of tour design, your Itinerary and Budget. Learn how to perfectly balance a Team Tour with Athletics, Academics, Activities, etc. PLUS get a done-for-you, customizable Budget ready to go.

05

Communication

Communicating with international teams is one of the most rewarding experiences of the whole trip. Set an example by getting to know who you are playing then encourage your Athletes to do the same.

06

Cultural Orientation

Watch this video with the whole Team to learn more about your Host Country! Fun exercises on how learn a new language and what to expect in the Host Culture.
